All DVD lengths approximate. It takes an hour a day to get in fantastic shape, if not the bes shape of your life. All you need is some inexpensive equipment like a set of dumbbells or resistance bands and a place to do pull-ups.  A pull up bar will of course make this easier at home.

P90X Results

P90X does have results, it’s not a con, it really works. Sheryl Crow, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, and Pink have all admitted they use the P90X program, as have Matt Diaz of the Atlanta Braves and David Akers of the Philadelphia Eagles (hey, you didn’t expect UK athletes with this being an Ameican system did you?).
